Delivery Information

We will process your order within 1 working day (or on the same day if placed before 12pm GMT for UK next day delivery), unless your item is described as a pre-order, or we require further information from you regarding your order, or we cannot fulfil part or all of your order.

Delivery times are dependant on the shipping service chosen at checkout and are an estimate (with the exception of Express services). We are not providing any estimated delivery times for UK Royal Mail second class as delays are to be expected due to huge volumes and COVID. Whilst the majority of orders seem to be arriving within a few days, a small number are taking exceptionally longer. Unfortunately delays by carriers can occur beyond our control and we always recommend choosing express services if you need your order quickly. We have also introduced a tracked courier service option if you require tracking / guarantee of delivery within a certain time.

Please find below last order dates for delivery by Christmas. All postal operators are anticipating immense parcel volumes and so out of an abundance of caution we have brought forward our last posting dates. If you order after these dates, it is highly unlikely your delivery will arrive by 24th December, unless you choose express delivery.


Wednesday 1st December: Australia

Monday 6th December: Eastern Europe, Cyprus, Malta, Greece

Wednesday 8th December: USA, Canada

Thursday 9th December: Rest of Europe (except Ireland)

Tuesday 14th December: Ireland

Wednesday 15th December: UK standard Royal Mail

Sunday 19th December: UK tracked courier option

Tuesday 21st December at Noon: UK next day

(please kindly note that last year this service became a 2 day service in the lead up to Christmas)



We process all orders within 1 working day, often the same day, and will be working round the clock to ensure all orders are sent out on time, unfortunately delivery delays can occur which is why we are trying to mitigate this by getting all items sent in advance of recommended last posting dates.
